High River Emergency Management and Recovery Team
The Emergency Management Program is a division of Protective Services in the Town of High River providing leadership and guidance to the entire community that work together towards creating a more resilient and event ready Town. This is done with an all-hazards approach that reflects the changing nature of the community across all phases of Emergency Management – Prevention/Mitigation, Preparedness, Response and Recovery.
